Return & Exchange Policy

At Dr Scent, we prioritize the comfort and trust of our valued customers. Therefore, we provide a service for returning purchased items within 7 days from the date of purchase, and exchanging products within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following terms and conditions:

• Returning or exchanging products requires presenting the original invoice
• Products must be in their original unused condition, with the original packaging and all accessories and catalogs included.
• Products that are in poor condition or not suitable for resale cannot be returned.
• Purchases made at discounted prices during promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase, with cash refunds only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with standard specifications.
• Customers must return any gifts received concurrently with their original purchases if they wish to exchange these purchases or receive a refund.
• Maintenance fees are non-refundable.

Any provision in this policy is deemed void if it conflicts with Article 5 of Law No. 8 of 2008 concerning consumer protection in the State of Qatar.
