1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping across Qatar. For international delivery requests, please contact our customer service team directly.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Doha & surrounding areas: 1–2 business days

  • Other regions in Qatar: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Orders over QAR [insert amount, e.g., 200]: Free delivery

  • Orders below QAR [insert amount]: Delivery charge of QAR [insert fee] applies

You will see the final delivery charge at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Orders placed after working hours will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Method

We deliver using trusted local courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (if available).

6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will attempt redelivery. After [2] failed attempts, the package will be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
